Community Clinic

The Helping Hands Community Clinic opened in January 2000 with grants from the State of Texas to provide prenatal and women's health services to Rockwall County women who do not qualify for Medicaid.

The general medicine clinic serves uninsured and underinsured Rockwall County residents and those living at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Medicare and Medicaid are accepted. Services include

 
  • $45 flat fee plus affordable lab fees
  • Sliding scale fee available to those who qualify
  • Medicine Assistance
  • Women's Wellness clinics
  • Pre Natal Care
  • Nutrition Counseling
  • Pregnancy Testing
  • Immunizations
  • TB testing for children
  • Financial assistance for emergency medical needs
 

Clinic hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday in the Reeves Service Center, Suite B, on the lower level. Please call for more information at
